Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By applying to and participating in the TradeLog Affiliate Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. TradeLog, operated by COT-Reports.com ("Company", "we", "us"), reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Program Enrollment

Participation in the Affiliate Program is by application only. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion, without providing a reason. We may also terminate your participation at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

3. Commission Structure

• Commission Rate: 20% recurring commission on all payments made by referred customers. The commission is calculated on the actual amount paid by the referred customer (after any discounts applied).
• Lifetime Commission: You earn commission for as long as the referred customer maintains an active paid subscription.
• Commission Basis: Commissions are calculated on the gross amount paid by the referred customer. If the referred customer uses a discount coupon, the commission is based on the discounted (actually paid) amount.
• Tracking: Referrals are tracked via your unique referral link (e.g., tradelog.cot-reports.com/r/YOURCODE). The referred user must sign up using this link. A cookie is also set when the link is clicked, so the referral code persists even if the user closes the browser and returns later.
• Attribution: Commission is only awarded for the first-time referral. Self-referrals are prohibited.

4. Payment Terms

• Stripe Onboarding: After your affiliate application is approved, you must complete Stripe identity verification and connect a bank account before you can receive payouts. You will be guided through this process automatically.
• Fund Custody: Your earned commissions are automatically transferred to your personal Stripe account after each qualifying payment. TradeLog does not have access to withdraw or use your funds. You control your payout requests.
• Minimum Payout: $100 USD minimum balance required to request a payout.
• Payment Methods: All payouts are processed exclusively via Stripe. No other payment methods (PayPal, bank transfer, crypto, etc.) are available.
• Payment Schedule: Payouts are processed within 1-3 business days after admin approval. You request a payout from your dashboard, our team reviews and approves it, then funds are transferred to your bank account via Stripe.
• Currency: All commissions are calculated and paid in USD.
• Refunds: If a referred customer requests a refund, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your balance.

5. Promotional Guidelines

You agree to promote TradeLog in a professional and ethical manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
• False, misleading, or exaggerated claims about TradeLog
• Fake reviews or testimonials
• Using paid advertising that directly competes with our own ads (e.g., bidding on "TradeLog" keywords)
• Creating websites or content that could be confused with official TradeLog properties
• Any illegal or unethical promotional methods
• Incentivizing signups with cash, gifts, or other rewards not approved by us

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, for any reason, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination:

• You must immediately cease all promotional activities for TradeLog.
• Any pending commissions below the minimum payout threshold will be forfeited.
• Commissions earned from fraudulent or prohibited activities will be voided.
• If termination is due to violation of these terms, all pending and unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms, the commission structure, payment terms, or any aspect of the Affiliate Program at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Limitation of Liability

TradeLog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. No Guarantee of Earnings

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not guarantee any earnings. Your success depends on your promotional efforts, audience, and other factors beyond our control. Any examples of potential earnings are for illustrative purposes only.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TradeLog's name, logo, and promotional materials solely for promoting TradeLog as an affiliate. You may not modify our branding or use it in any way that could damage our reputation.

11. Independent Contractor

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of TradeLog. You are responsible for your own taxes and business expenses. You have no authority to bind or commit TradeLog to any agreements.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania. You agree to waive any objection to this jurisdiction.
