Calendar Transaction Badges

How D (Deposit), W (Withdrawal), and P (Payout) badges work on the calendar

The PnL Calendar displays small colored badges on days when financial transactions occurred. Badges are controlled by the Transactions toggle in the calendar header (on by default) and can be scoped to the selected account or all accounts -- if you have hidden transactions or are scoped to a different account, no badges show. They help you distinguish between PnL from trading and balance changes from deposits, withdrawals, and payouts.

Badge Types

  • D (Deposit) -- Green badge. Appears on days when you added funds to your trading account.
  • W (Withdrawal) -- Red badge. Appears on days when you withdrew funds from your account.
  • P (Payout) -- Blue badge. Appears on days when you received a prop firm payout.

Payout Forecast Badge

For funded prop firm accounts with configured payout schedules, a purple dollar sign badge may appear on future dates where a payout is expected. This is a forecast based on your current profitability and the firm's payout rules.

How Transactions Affect the Calendar

Transaction badges are purely informational and do not change the daily PnL value shown on each day. The PnL values only reflect trading outcomes (wins and losses), not deposits or withdrawals. This ensures your trading performance metrics remain accurate.

Record all transactions in the Transactions page, even if they seem minor. This ensures your equity curve and balance calculations are accurate, and the calendar badges will correctly mark the days when money moved in or out of your account.
