Equity Curve

The Equity Curve is an interactive line chart that plots your account balance over time. It is one of the most important visual tools for understanding your trading trajectory -- whether your account is growing, declining, or ranging.

Three Chart Modes

The equity curve offers three different viewing modes via tabs above the chart:

• Equity Curve -- Shows your account balance over time, starting from your initial balance.
• Cumulative PnL -- Shows cumulative profit/loss without the starting balance. Useful for seeing pure trading performance.
• Drawdown -- Shows the drawdown percentage from peak equity at each point. Helps visualize the depth and duration of losing periods.

Interacting with the Chart

Hover over any point on the chart to see a tooltip with the exact balance, PnL, and date for that data point. The Equity Curve chart uses a green fill; the Cumulative PnL chart splits its fill at zero (green above, red below); the Drawdown chart uses a red fill.

Transactions on the Chart

Deposits, withdrawals, and payouts are marked as colored dots on the curve (green = deposit, red = withdrawal, blue = payout), with a legend below the chart. When your account has transactions, the Equity Curve tab also shows a Trading / Balance toggle: Trading excludes deposits and withdrawals to show pure trading performance, while Balance shows the real funded balance (with Max/Min balance pills). This prevents deposits from being confused with trading profits.
