Exporting PDF Reports
Generate professional PDF reports of your trading performance
TradeLog can generate a professional PDF report summarizing your trading performance. The report is formatted for easy reading and can be shared with mentors, prop firms, or kept for your own records.
What the PDF Contains
The PDF report spans 3-5 pages (an optional cover page and a transactions page are added when applicable) and includes a comprehensive overview of your trading performance.
- Summary -- Balances, equity curve, and key performance metrics (win rate, profit factor, R:R, total trades), with a meta strip showing account, period, currency, and generation date
- Trade Analysis -- Win/loss distribution, streaks, and day/session statistics
- History -- Per-symbol and monthly breakdown plus recent trades
- Transactions (last page, only when transactions exist) -- Complete list of deposits, withdrawals, and payouts with dates and amounts
- Optional cover page -- Added when you enable it in the export options
Generating the PDF
- 1Open the Dashboard (or Analytics) page
- 2Click the Export PDF button in the page header
- 3Pick a date range (This Month, Last Month, This Year, All Time, or Custom) and the account in the export modal -- optionally add your trader name and a cover page
- 4Click Generate PDF
- 5The PDF is generated and automatically downloaded to your device
Export a PDF at the end of each month to keep a personal archive of your trading performance over time. This creates a clear paper trail that is useful for prop firm applications.
The PDF respects your privacy. It only contains data from the selected account and does not include personal information beyond your display name. Share it confidently knowing it contains only the trading data you chose to export.
