Transaction History and Filtering

Viewing and filtering your complete transaction history

The transaction history section displays all recorded transactions in a chronological list. You can filter this list to find specific transactions or view transactions for a particular account.

Viewing Transaction History

The main table shows each transaction with its type (color-coded icon), account name, amount, date, status, and any notes you added. Deposits are shown with a green arrow, withdrawals with a red arrow, and payouts with a blue award icon.

Filtering Transactions

  • Account Filter -- Use the account selector dropdown at the top to view transactions for a specific account or all accounts
  • Search box -- Type to match notes, account names, or prop firm profile names
  • Type and Status filters -- Click the Type or Status column header (or use the mobile filter bar) to filter by transaction type or status
  • Column sorting -- Sort by Date, Account, Amount, or Balance (newest first by default)
  • Running Balance -- Each transaction shows the account's running balance at that point in time, making it easy to track the balance progression

Editing and Deleting Transactions

  1. 1Find the transaction you want to modify in the list
  2. 2Click the pencil icon to edit the transaction details
  3. 3Make your changes in the form and click Update
  4. 4To delete a transaction, click the trash icon and confirm the deletion
  5. 5Pending withdrawals and payouts also show quick Approve (green check) and Deny (red X) buttons in the actions column -- approving is when the money actually leaves your tracked balance

Transaction Badges on Calendar

Transactions also appear as badges on the P&L Calendar. A green D badge indicates a deposit, a red W badge indicates a withdrawal, and a blue P badge indicates a payout on that date. This gives you a visual overview of capital movements alongside your trading results.

When filtering by a specific account, the summary cards at the top update to show totals for that account only. This is useful for quickly checking the total deposited or withdrawn from a particular trading account.
Deleting a transaction permanently removes it and recalculates the running balance for all subsequent transactions on that account.
