The Metrics & Stats Area
Every performance metric in the Mini Dashboard's stats grid and bottom bar, plus the five density modes.
The Mini Dashboard's stats area has three surfaces: a grid of performance stat cards, a compact bottom bar of live account metrics, and two explainer popups. Every card shows a rich tooltip on hover. Money is shown in your account currency, and labels automatically shorten (e.g. "Profit" becomes "PROFIT", "Consecutives" becomes "CONS.") when tiles get narrow.
The stat cards (all trades)
- Profit — net profit/loss from your closed trades after fees and swap. A second "Acct:" line shows your overall account change including deposits, withdrawals and payouts when it differs. Green if positive, red if negative.
- Total R — your cumulative Financial R across all trades; 1R equals your planned risk per trade, so Total R × 1R equals your net money result. A smaller "(T)" line shows Technical R.
- Gain % — your trading gain as a percentage of starting balance (closed trades). A second "Acct:" line shows real account gain from trading using broker balance but ignoring deposits/withdrawals/payouts.
- Win Rate — percentage of trades that were winners; a second line phrases it as "1 out of N". Green at 50%+, red below.
- RR Ratio — Financial reward-to-risk: average winning trade ÷ average losing trade (real money), tagged (F); a second line shows Technical RR, tagged (T). Standard (non-stock) accounts only.
- Avg Risk — average amount risked per trade (your 1R). Colored per risk discipline: red above 1.20× your planned 1R, otherwise amber — never green. Standard accounts only.
- Avg Win — average R gained per winning trade, with the average money won below. Green. Standard accounts only.
- Avg Loss — average R lost per losing trade, shown as a negative value, with average money lost below. Red. Standard accounts only.
- Consecutives — your longest run of consecutive wins and losses, as W# and L# badges.
- Current DD — your current drawdown from peak balance, including open positions' floating P/L; ticks live and shows a "● LIVE" badge when a synced position drives it, plus a "MAX" sub-badge if it reaches your realized max.
- Max DD — your maximum (worst) realized drawdown from peak across closed-trade history. Hidden on mobile.
- Paid Fees — all-time total fees and commissions paid (closed trades plus open-position commissions); a "Swap" sub-line shows net overnight financing when non-zero.
Stock-account stats
For stock accounts, the middle row swaps to stock-specific stats and a separate Stock Metrics row appears:
- AVG RETURN — average percentage return per trade (net P/L relative to starting balance). Replaces the RR Ratio slot.
- LONG WR — win rate for your long (buy) positions only, with win/total below.
- SHORT WR — win rate for your short (sell) positions only, with win/total below.
- CAPITAL — total capital invested across all trades (sum of position values), in the Stock Metrics row.
Filtered Results
When you apply column filters, an identical blue "Filtered Results" grid appears below the main one, showing the same stats for just the filtered trades. Two cards differ in this grid:
- Total W/L — the wins/losses count for the filtered trades, as W# and L# badges (replaces Consecutives).
- Total Trades — the count of trades matching your active filters.
The bottom metrics bar
A compact strip of account and live metrics sits directly above the trades table:
- Balance — your realized account balance (crypto accounts read "Margin Balance:"). The currency code links to Settings and a broker cross-check indicator verifies it against your broker.
- Equity — your live account equity (balance plus open floating P/L); always shown, equals Balance when flat, with a "● LIVE" pulse when a synced position drives it.
- Exposure — total net loss still at risk across all open trades if every stop hits; shows only when a running position is open. Red when there's real residual risk, green/neutral when fully protected.
- Targeting — potential profit at take-profit, net of fees, for open positions; open positions only.
- RR — reward-to-risk of your open positions (Targeting ÷ Exposure); open positions only.
- Today / Week / Month — realized P/L for the current day, week, and month. Today always shows; Week and Month drop out first as the bar narrows.
- trades — number of closed trades; appends a running count after a slash when positions are open.
- Pips / Ticks / Points / % Move / Cents — net price movement captured across closed trades, labeled by market (forex = Pips, futures = Ticks/Points, crypto = % Move, stocks = Cents, CFD = Points); shows only when flat.
- Fees — total fees/commissions paid across trades, open positions included, in red.
- Swap — net overnight financing; shown only when non-zero, with received in green (+) and paid in red (−).
Two explainer popups
- Profit vs Account — a ⓘ button on the Profit and Gain % cards (shown when your transactions fully explain the gap) opens a ledger: Trading P/L + Deposits − Withdrawals − Payouts = Account, listing each transaction newest-first with a link to the Transactions page.
- Financial R vs Technical R — a ⓘ button on the Total R card (always available) opens a modal explaining Financial R (your true return on the money actually risked, after costs) versus Technical R (a price-only reward-to-risk measure of how good your setups were), each with a formula and a worked example.
Dashboard density modes
How much of all this you see is set by the density switch on the Dashboard tab of Quick Settings. There are up to five options:
- Minimal — the compact merged metrics bar only; no risk cards and no stats grid. Limit bars are NOT part of density: they appear whenever you have limits configured, at every setting.
- Risk — the merged bar plus the risk cards (Next Trade Risk, Recovery, Limits Tracker); no stats grid.
- Stats — the merged bar plus the metrics/stats grid, limit bars, and prop-firm widget; risk cards hidden.
- Full — everything: the two-bar context and detailed layout, risk cards, stats grid, limit bars, and prop-firm widget.
- Stocks — a two-bar layout plus a stocks-specific stats block; only offered when a stocks account is selected.
